1.If the riverbed is flat and the water flow is slow, the operating depth in the water should be below the centerline of the towing wheel.
If the condition of the riverbed is poor and the water flow rate is fast, it is important to be careful not to let water or sand and gravel invade the rotating support structure, rotating small gears, central rotating joints, etc. If water or sand invades the rotating large bearing, rotating small gear, large gear ring, and central rotating joint, the lubricating grease or rotating large bearing should be replaced immediately, and the operation should be suspended and repaired in a timely manner.
2.When working on soft ground, the ground may gradually collapse, so it is important to pay attention to the condition of the lower part of the machine at all times.
3.When working on soft ground, attention should be paid to exceeding the machine's offline depth.
4.When the single-sided track is submerged in mud, the boom can be used. Lift the track with the stick and bucket, then place wooden boards or logs on top to allow the machine to drive out. If necessary, place a wooden board underneath the shovel back. When using the working device to lift the machine, the angle between the boom and the boom should be 90-110 degrees, and the bottom of the bucket should always be in contact with the muddy ground.
5.When both tracks are submerged in mud, wooden boards should be placed according to the above method, and the bucket should be anchored in the ground (the teeth of the bucket should be inserted into the ground), then the boom should be pulled back, and the walking control lever should be placed in the forward position to pull out the excavator.
6. If the machine is stuck in mud and water and cannot be separated by its own strength, a steel cable with sufficient strength should be firmly tied to the walking frame of the machine. A thick wooden board should be placed between the steel cable and the walking frame to avoid damaging the steel cable and the machine, and then another machine should be used to drag it upwards. The holes on the walking frame are used to pull lighter objects, and must not be used to pull heavy objects, otherwise the holes will break and cause danger.
7.When working in muddy water, if the connecting pin of the working device is immersed in water, lubricating grease should be added after each completion. For heavy-duty or deep excavation operations, lubricating grease should be continuously applied to the working device before each operation. After adding grease each time, operate the boom, stick, and bucket several times, and then add grease again until the old grease is squeezed out.
