At the same time, the water pollution in the water tank should not be ignored. The time interval for cleaning the water tank should be shortened to prevent the inside from being blocked by impurities and affecting the heat dissipation of the engine and hydraulic system.
When adding diesel, be careful to prevent impurities from mixing in. In addition, check the diesel filter regularly and replace it when necessary to ensure the purity of the fuel. The starting motor and generator should also be cleaned regularly to prevent dust accumulation from affecting equipment performance.
Winter cold operation guide
The severe cold in winter brings considerable challenges to the equipment. As the viscosity of the oil increases, it becomes difficult to start the engine, so it is necessary to replace it with diesel, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil with low viscosity. At the same time, add an appropriate amount of antifreeze to the cooling system to ensure that the equipment can operate normally at low temperatures. However, please note that it is strictly forbidden to use methanol, ethanol or propanol-based antifreeze, and avoid mixing antifreeze of different brands.
The battery's charging capacity decreases at low temperatures and may freeze, so the battery should be covered or removed and placed in a warm place. At the same time, check the battery electrolyte level. If it is too low, add distilled water before work the next morning to avoid freezing at night.
When parking, choose a hard and dry ground. If conditions are limited, the machine can be parked on a wooden board. In addition, be sure to open the drain valve to drain the water accumulated in the fuel system to prevent freezing.
Finally, when washing the car or encountering rain or snow, electrical equipment should be kept away from water vapor to prevent damage to the equipment. In particular, electrical components such as controllers and monitors are installed in the cab, so more attention should be paid to waterproofing.
